The Africa Health Research Organization is a not-for profit organization whose mission is to mobilise educational, business, medical, governmental and other civil society institution to create advocacy and research driven movement for African health and social issues while lending a hand in other places.

Its aims and objectives include:

1. Building a strong network so that in collaboration with its partners intervene in emergency situations.
2. Mount educational awareness campaign in order to help the Africa people become informed.
3. Through its partners, help in provision of drugs to poor communities in Africa .
4. Lead series of scientific studies in order to develop better health and treatment, diagnosis and case management protocol.
5. Promoting volunteerism in Africa
